Ida is one of the founding members of The Scout Guide of Fort Worth, a city guide featuring the best of local businesses. She has received numerous recognitions including; Top Producer and Best Realtor awarded by Fort Worth Magazine and 360 West Magazine for several consecutive years dating back to 2016. Ida serves on the Executive Leadership Board for the 2022 Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk and is a breast cancer survivor.

Ida has two children; Gibson and Sophie Duwe, who have both recently graduated from Texas Christian University (GO FROGS!). In her spare time, Ida enjoys renovating their TCU rental properties + modern home, travel, and sailing on Eagle Mountain Lake with her husband, Ted. She recently completed her first half marathon and continues to set new goals.
